“L'Ancestral: the oldest bubble wine in the world”
Who am I? A natural bubble wine made by the ancestral method wich is the vinification technique used to make fruity and fresh bubble wines. The priciple is to have a single fermentation that starts in the tub and ends directly inside the bottle.
What am I like? Golden in color with small and persistent bubbles, with aromas of white fruit with a brioche / buttery finish due to aging in the bottle.
Try me with... Fish, seafood and white meats.
